The Brief
To undertake content marketing for regional estate agents, David Burr.
As well as optimising the website for a local audience, we carried out work on their social media channels and email marketing campaigns.

The Process
I wrote articles for the company blog based on local interest, property and company news. I also created a dream homes feature series showcasing the best properties on the market based on a certain building feature.
On social media, we posted a selection of property news and listings on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.

The Results
Through our work, David Burr’s website traffic increased by 400% in the first year, with a further 250% increase over the next two years.
